Ebony Baylock is a Human Performance Strategist, leadership development consultant, certified emotional intelligence coach, facilitator, entertainer and entrepreneur focused on helping people and organizations perform at a higher level.
With more than a decade of leadership experience and extensive experience in sales, business development, and organizational growth, Ebony brings a people-centered, performance-driven approach to helping organizations strengthen the human side of their business.
Her work explores the connection between leadership, emotional intelligence, behavior, communication, engagement, and organizational performance. Rather than focusing only on surface-level challenges, Ebony helps organizations better understand the people and behaviors influencing results—and develop practical strategies for meaningful improvement.
Known for combining strategy with an engaging and relatable delivery style, Ebony creates experiences that challenge thinking, encourage application, and help turn insight into action.
Ebony holds a Master of Science in Management and Leadership and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration with a concentration in Organizational Leadership. She is also a Certified Emotional Intelligence Coach, Certified Cognitive Behavior Coach, and Professional Workshop Facilitator.
